16:30 - South Tower’s final moments.
16:50- nearly 1,000 innocent WTC workers, first responders and bystanders killed over the course of 20 seconds (with 614 killed at or above the impact zone. Approx 120 on impact of plane, totalling approximately 1,034 from the south towers impact, collapse and jumping)

And even so, there are still people who says "jet fuel doesn't melt steel beams" bro, the temperature it burned during all that time is insane, I know the inmediate temperature probably doesn't get the exact value for the steel to be molten but there are some factors almost everyone ignore.

1. The energy of the impact, a 757 / 767 with its full tanks is very heavy, almost 100 tonnes, and adding a speed of 600 - 900 km/h the force of the impact is something insane, it even moved the buildings 3 - 5 meters, people who were inside the tower told so.

2. Every existing object has some capacity of retain and release heat, but when you take an object and start inducting heat at a higher speed than it can release the heat, it warms up to a higher temperature than the source, and considering that inside the towers there were not a constant wind flux, surely those steel beams got its melting temperature within minutes.

3. The weight of the structure above the collision, why did South Tower collapse first? Easy: Because it was hit in a lower floors, it means that the weakened area had more stress and weight to deal with than the North Tower because that tower was hit in a higher floor.

- I apologize if there are some things mispelled or with bad grammar, I'm colombian and my native language is spanish but I do my best for improving my English.

I was 7 when all this happened and I watched the whole thing on the news on that day, and that's something I'll never forget. My dream is to live in the USA some day, I have great respect for that country, you are strong people. RIP to all those who lost their lifes on that day and to those who died from illnesses caused by the dust.

NEVER FORGET.

Best footage of 911 I've ever seen. I binge watch these every few years, so I never forget what happened. I've never seen this much footage of the crowds during and after the collapse. Very good camera work. You're so brave to keep documenting this entire event, despite the fear you must've felt

@tinxe6821

Yeah I watch it from time to time too. Its weird, I feel weird watching it, I think I was in 4th grade when this happened. All kids got picked up by their parents (we were on LI back then). I didnt realize what had happened until I got home and even then at that age I didnt fully grasp it.

@Julie-gm8fz

Kudos to the dude who stopped to give a ride to strangers. Listening to their reactions to the things on the radio (i.e. the people jumping) is heart-wrenching :(

Kudos to the dude calling out who did it. The scourge of the earth they are

@isabellind1292

All those lookie-loos were stunned not to get the heck out of there. They couldn't have known that more planes could have been hijacked and coming up behind the two planes which had already struck. Stunned!

20:09 “You’re a little dirty, but you’re all right.” Almost brought a tear to my eye hearing that man comfort that woman. There was so much humanity amidst the devastation that day. 🥺

@tonyringo6309

I ❤ you😢

@nothingbutsilicone1142

This all still bothers me so much. I wonder how many of these people are still with us. Silica, asbestos, fluorescent lighting, it’s all so very deadly. Breaks my heart. Even an n95 mask wouldn’t save you. It would certainly help, but still. I’m hoping these people are okay, but there were people closer to the collapse that had their eyes covered, and mouths and noses filled with the stuff
