Si Me Tocaras
Héctor "El Father" Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
Escucha hijo mio
Si me tocaras
Tocaras
Te sanaría del dolor y del quebranto
Hijo no sabes cuanto
Oh no
Vagabundo
Lo he tenido todo
Riquezas y placeres
Buscando ser feliz
He herido a mil mujeres
He tenido todo
Lo que un joven quiere
Pero mi corazón lentamente se muere
Y me pregunto?
De que vale el dinero
Si no puedo comprar un amigo sincero
Si no puedo encontrar
A alguien que me diga
Héctor cuenta conmigo con o sin dinero
Mi mente dice no
Con ella batallo
Quiero servirte pero
Por mi orgullo callo
Camino sin norte
Casi me desmayo
Y me levanto doy tres pasos
Regresa a mi
O la vida me la quito
Si me tocaras
Tocaras
Te sanaría del dolor y del quebranto
Hijo no sabes cuanto
Vuelve a mi
Yo te estoy esperando
En el mismo lugar que me dejaste
Hoy Dios te dice
Ábreme la puerta
Y entrare y cenare contigo
Hoy Dios te dice
Te amo
The song "Si Me Tocaras" by Hector "El Father" is a plea from a father figure to his son, asking him to not walk through life without him. The opening verse acknowledges the son's struggles with loneliness and heartache and emphasizes the importance of seeking comfort from a higher power. The chorus conveys the hope and promise of healing, should the son reach out for help and guidance. The second verse is a self-reflection from Hector, confessing his own struggles with success, materialism, and searching for happiness in all the wrong places. He also acknowledges the emptiness of his heart and the futility of his wealth without true friendship and companionship. The song concludes with a message of love and forgiveness from God, inviting the son to come back to His embrace.
The song is a testament to the power of vulnerability, faith, and the need for human connection. Hector urges his son to turn to God for strength and support, emphasizing the importance of faith in overcoming life's challenges. He also acknowledges his own shortcomings, highlighting the universal struggles of finding purpose and meaning in life. The song's message of love and acceptance transcends cultural and linguistic boundaries, resonating with anyone who's ever felt lost or alone.

Lord, I need you
Regresa a mi
Come back to me
O la vida me la quito
Or I'll take my own life

Today God tells you
Vuelve a mi
Come back to me

En el mismo lugar que me dejaste
In the same place where you left me
Ábreme la puerta
Open the door for me
Y entrare y cenare contigo
And I'll come in and have dinner with you
Te amo
I love you

Ephesians 6:11-18
King James Version
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
@eduardovazquez7648
5 Remember, O Lord, what is come upon us: consider, and behold our reproach.
2 Our inheritance is turned to strangers, our houses to aliens.
3 We are orphans and fatherless, our mothers are as widows.
4 We have drunken our water for money; our wood is sold unto us.
5 Our necks are under persecution: we labour, and have no rest.
6 We have given the hand to the Egyptians, and to the Assyrians, to be satisfied with bread.
7 Our fathers have sinned, and are not; and we have borne their iniquities.
8 Servants have ruled over us: there is none that doth deliver us out of their hand.
9 We gat our bread with the peril of our lives because of the sword of the wilderness.
10 Our skin was black like an oven because of the terrible famine.
11 They ravished the women in Zion, and the maids in the cities of Judah.
12 Princes are hanged up by their hand: the faces of elders were not honoured.
13 They took the young men to grind, and the children fell under the wood.
14 The elders have ceased from the gate, the young men from their musick.
15 The joy of our heart is ceased; our dance is turned into mourning.
16 The crown is fallen from our head: woe unto us, that we have sinned!
17 For this our heart is faint; for these things our eyes are dim.
18 Because of the mountain of Zion, which is desolate, the foxes walk upon it.
19 Thou, O Lord, remainest for ever; thy throne from generation to generation.
20 Wherefore dost thou forget us for ever, and forsake us so long time?
21 Turn thou us unto thee, O Lord, and we shall be turned; renew our days as of old.
22 But thou hast utterly rejected us; thou art very wroth against us.

A solas y sé
Que cuentas muy poco conmigo
Yo renuevo tu ser
Si haz de mirarme
Al verte solo en el camino
No vivas sin mí, no sufras sin mí
Escucha hijo mio
Si me tocaras
Tocaras
Te sanaría del dolor y del quebranto
Hijo no sabes cuanto
Oh no
Riquezas y placeres
Buscando ser feliz
He herido a mil mujeres
He tenido todo
Lo que un joven quiere
Pero mi corazón lentamente se muere
Y me pregunto
De que vale el dinero
Si no puedo comprar un amigo sincero
Si no puedo encontrar
A alguien que me diga
Héctor cuenta conmigo con y sin dinero
Mi mente dice no
Con ella batallo
Quiero servirte pero
Por mi orgullo callo
Camino sin norte
Casi me desmayo
Y me levanto doy tres pasos
Regresa a mí
O la vida me la quito
Si me tocaras
Tocaras
Te sanaría del dolor y del quebranto
Hijo no sabes cuanto
Vuelve a mí
Yo te estoy esperando

Hoy Dios te dice
Ábreme la puerta
Y entrare y cenare contigo
Hoy Dios te dice
Te amo
