This the one
Load the beat up yeah
Yeah, yeah chilling I get this one
Alright
Four in
Yeah, yeah I'm feeling this one
Alright, alright yeah this one's cold alright, alright
Got racks and stacks and
Ay
Alright
DRNE tings
Four in
Got racks and stacks that's choring
Bare caps and facts that's boring
Bare chats and raps and touring
Talking, walking, talking
Surely,
Bare flaps they nash too poorly
That's Morley surely pawning
And stories, money, laundering
Bare stories, look
Staring straight at the head piece
Make waves like a jett ski
Heat waves 2020
Born and raised get me, get me
Like calling for the shot
You gonna head that
So relaxed G
I'm chilling with my head back
Gonna head back
Kind of dead that
Kind of like best tings giving head
And
The trending place with the transport
That's jumping on the band wagon
And the place known for manslaught
Up the road left or right
You're gonna go mad
Mazzas, want to see the mad wars and the suicides
Drug victims, needles in snickets can't be too precise
So fucked have lucid nights
Never fluid nights
When the foxes and their dogs keep you up like on a night like
What's gwarnin'
On god
West Yorkshire, farming
That's P's and G's an army
And pills and thrills at parties
Pills at parties, carnies
What's gwarnin'
On god
West Yorkshire, farming
That's P's and G's an army
And pills and thrills at parties
Pills at part, DRNE ah
Yeah, yeah
You know that's the one right there yeah
DRNE tings
Come on
The song "Streets" by H.e.r.o. is a gritty portrayal of life on the streets and the underground world of the Mafia. The lyrics describe the struggle for power and money, the dangers of living in the barrio, and the loyalty one must have to their crew. The lyrics are in Spanish, adding to the authenticity and rawness of the song.
The song portrays a sense of pride and belonging to the barrio, but also the harsh realities of living in a dangerous world. The lyrics describe the ruthless actions of those who are willing to do whatever it takes to survive and gain power, including violence and murder. The chorus, "Hard street shit, hard-hard street shit, going out to the hardcore Hip-Hop" emphasizes the gritty and intense nature of the song.
Overall, "Streets" is a powerful and unapologetic depiction of life in the barrio and the Mafia subculture. The song highlights the violence, loyalty, and fierce determination of those living on the streets, inviting the listener to step into their world.

Yo' Cuento billetes, chico, entradas V.I.P
I count money, boy, VIP tickets
I go after the money, you go after me
I was raised in the neighborhood, the neighborhood made us like this
And none of those bastards can lie, me
Perras exitosas, putas peligrosas
Successful bitches, dangerous whores
Willing to kill you if things get ugly
Nadie lo escupe como la MDB, yeh
No one spits it like MDB, yeah
El barrio sabe quién es la MDB
The neighborhood knows who MDB is

Huh, the rugged people return with their crazy style
Touring late in full flight, taking photos
Caras destruidas, corazones rotos
Destroyed faces, broken hearts
Only the neighborhood understands our madness
Slowly, calm down, girl, enjoy the game
So much drugs at once leave you taking serum

I don't buy their offer, I cook what I sell them
Y grabo, fumo y tomo, cojo, mientras ellos siguen durmiendo
And I record, smoke, and drink, f**k, while they keep sleeping
And even though I don't know them all, I'm learning little by little
To show only with facts that their story is already dying
Familia, perdón, mamá, no llego a la merienda
Family, sorry, mom, I won't make it to the snack
Estaba con mi hermano adornando nuestra leyenda
I was with my brother embellishing our legend

@oliwhyte
44 year old here, off to see the Streets tonight in Perth, Australia. Been a fan for 22+ years. Skinner is a voice of our generation. Respect.
@nickhards986
I'm 33, and feel so privileged to have been 'old enough' for the era of Mike Skinner and The Streets.
@rubygrace4732
Nick Hards I agreee
@koont666
I'm 53 and still play the remix in my set total Banger.
@robinhooduk8255
lol, i guess. but the rave era he is talking about you missed.
@philll68
@@robinhooduk8255 yeah I'm the same age as the first poster. We were the nu rave generation in our early 20s. Justice, Simian Mobile Disco, Soulwax, etc. This song is more about 90s early 00s clubbing. We didn't really have raves but we had some warehouse parties in North America in the late 00s.
@DisForDave
Same here, mate. Same age as you, different country, though. Somehow made me study English and become an English foreign language teacher, haha.
@MegaMd76
Mike Skinner is a poet. He should be listened to for generations.

“Then the girl in the café taps me on the shoulder. I realise five years went by and I'm older. Memories smoulder, winter's colder, but that same piano loops over and over and over.”
