In "Judgement" by Half Moon Run, the singer appears to be addressing someone who has caused them trouble and seems to be asking for forgiveness. The singer expands on this by stating that the harder you work, the more likely you are to be "spit out". The meaning of this phrase is unclear it could mean failing to be successful or failing to be popular. The singer ends the song suggesting that they "should've run you out of town", possibly indicating that they regret their interactions with the other person but also feeling unsure of their own position in the situation.
