I heard this song back in 2005 at my church's youth rally. It was every year for 3 nights of praising God. The theme for that year was "Let it Rain." This song was our main theme song for that year. I fell in love instantly. It was amazing rally that year. I never remembered the title of the song and have been searching for it for years. So glad I found it. God is good.
