A beastly henchman by the name Igor was also present during the party.

The coffin-bangers were about to arrive
Another group of monsters known for their drumming skills was about to make an appearance.

With their vocal group, "The Crypt-Kicker Five"
The Coffin-bangers came along with a singing group named as 'The Crypt-Kicker Five'.

They played the mash
The Coffin-bangers were playing their tunes and everyone joined in on the dance.

Out from his coffin, Drac's voice did ring
Dracula himself made an announcement as he emerged from his coffin.

Seems he was troubled by just one thing
It appeared that Dracula had a problem that he needed help with.

He opened the lid and shook his fist
He opened his coffin and made a gesture with his hand.

And said, "Whatever happened to my Transylvania twist?"
He expressed his disappointment at the loss of his signature dance move known as the 'Transylvania twist'.

It's now the mash
To make Dracula feel better, the song was changed to incorporate the 'Transylvania twist' and it became known as the 'monster mash'.

It's now the monster mash
The guests were now dancing to Dracula's particular dance style featured in the song as well.

And it's a graveyard smash
The new version of the song became wildly popular among the monsters living in graveyards.

Now everything's cool, Drac's a part of the band
Dracula was pleased to have a role in the song and joined in with the other musicians.

And my monster mash is the hit of the land
The song became a massive hit among all the monsters living in the land.
