2. Not only this Smooth Jazz band shares same band name, they have a song called "Millenium"(2006) that is exactly same title (intentionally misspelled) as the other Incognito's (Jazz Funk) song on their album "100° and Rising"(1995), plus the logo resembles in font. The title "Every Day"(2006) on the album Street Smarts exactly alike in titles (when read) with the other Incognito's famous tune "Everyday"(1995). They are often tagged totec radio. Also mis-tagged by fans as bluey where there's no link to Jean-Paul "Bluey" Maunick himself. r00ts & t4lk1n l0ud tags also used, that could mislead fans to the Bluey's famous tunes like "Roots" & "Talkin' Loud".

She's out on her own, with hungry mouths to feed
The precious little she scratches on the dole
Is barely enough to cover all their needs
It hurts to see her once strong frame
Broken down, by the constant blows of rejection
And now in place of the sweetest smile
Oh it's a cold, cold world
[that turns it's back on you]
When you're cryin out for a little love
A little love and understandin'
People at the top looking down
They don't wanna know whose at the back of the line
People at the top looking down
Can't relate to our troubled minds
People at the top looking down
People at the top
She's all caught up in these inner city blues
Out of control, she's losin' her mind
Her story's told but it's second hand news
To a world without care, they've heard it all before
Tryin' to do the best she can
But she's losin' faith in all that she believes in
The light is fading and hope is dissipatin'
They say that they listen, Lord knows that they don't hear
Oh, it's a cold, cold world [that turns it's back on you]
When you're cryin out for a little love
A little love and understandin'
The song "People at the Top" by Incognito is a poignant commentary on the struggles faced by those living in poverty and marginalized communities. The lyrics speak to the experience of a woman who is living with the responsibility of providing for her family on minimal financial resources. She is described as being "out on her own, with hungry mouths to feed" and having to scratch out a living on meager government assistance. The intense strain of her situation has physically broken her down and left her feeling hopeless and demoralized.
The song then turns its focus to the societal and economic systems that have contributed to this woman's suffering. The "people at the top" are described as being disconnected and unsympathetic to her plight, looking down on her and others like her. The lyrics seem to imply that these people at the top are content to maintain their privileged positions without taking any responsibility for the impact that their decisions have on those lower down the social ladder. It's a bleak picture of a world where those who are most in need are ignored and forgotten.
Overall, "People at the Top" is a powerful and moving statement about the ways in which social and economic inequality can lead to human suffering. It's a call to action for all of us to look beyond our own privileges and work towards creating a society that ensures that everyone has access to the basic necessities of life.
