He is originally from New Haven, CT and spent a brief part of his childhood in the Bay Area of California. Although currently unsigned, Nolan is becoming one of the south-east region's premier lyricists on the rise with his penchant for mixing fluid wordplay with metaphors and also showing ability to venture into storytelling concepts while maintaining his signature smooth delivery, no matter the subject. Influences consist of Nas, Lupe Fiasco, The Roots, Common, and many others.

Nolan cites his first rhyme as being written before 4th grade when his older brother encouraged him to try it out. He quit after that and picked the pen back up in 7th grade for a brief stint before quitting once again. In his freshman year of High School, he resumed writing lyrics after breaking his leg in an accident while playing basketball. Ever since then, J.Nolan was frequently writing songs, freestyling, and battling fellow emcees in local ciphers after school. In 2005, Nolan formed a group with his best friend Osiris The Prophet and cousin Yung B Da Producer. The trio was called Manifest. They officially stayed together until 2007 when they disbanded as solo artists in a crew known as The Manifest Movement. "Could the Hail Mary be strong enough to resist a collision of a ballistic object going at least mach 5?" (most likely faster in order to generate city sized fireballs in his wake)

The answer is definitely no. The proof is in the pudding: Omni-Man and Mark punch it together which knocks it out AFTER being suped up with steroids and pain blockers. So if two simultaneous punches could knock it clean out, then a single punch going mach 5-10 would probably kill it.

REMEMBER

I never said that the Hail Mary shouldn't be stronger or as strong as Omni-Man. My problem is that we are first shown Omni-Man leveling a civilization in under 60 seconds before struggling with Hail Mary. This scene is in contradiction with the Hail Mary scene. If one of those scenes didn't exist (omniman leveling a civ or hail mary knocking him out) then there would be no contradiction. My only problem is when both scenes exist in the same lore. Both of these scenes don't work together, but they both work in isolation.

It is implied in the show that the two days that passed on earth were around two decades for the flaxans. Therefore, them not coming back for several months afterwards means Omni Man set them back by thousands of years.

The most incredible part is that they still remember who destroyed everything despite the time frame, since at the end of the show we see a new flaxan commander swearing revenge on an image of him. Which also still exists somehow.

He can't destroy an entire planet. The Viltrum feat was only done because he had help from 2 other very powerful viltrumites and most importantly space racer destabilized planet core with his gun. Thaddeus said they would have died on impact if core stabilized. Nobody in entire Invincible verse is capable of destroying a planet single handedly.

Depending on the size of the planet this is very possible. Omni man is considered high planet level at best and medium planet level if you scale him at the lowest. There isn't a viltrumite that isn't star level since you know... but they are planet level. And Viltrum is considered quite large as a planet he could do it alone with time, but I'd scale him around medium high planet level.

I know it's been said to death but the "earth isn't yours to conquer" might be the best line in the whole show. It perfectly foreshadows events and it's a perfect representation of When you don't know vs when you know. to a person who doesn't know that the viltrumites plan to invade earth, this little bit of dialogue is easy overlooked and just sounds like he's telling them they aren't allowed to invade earth but to someone who does know it's a grim reminder of what omni-man is there for and why he's stopping this invasion. it's perfecto

Shows that brainwashing from birth can be very effective... Good news is in this story at least the short time on earth changed him enough in a positive way if watch final of first season. Or go into comics full story.

If anything it's more out there his views would change after say only twenty years verse the near thousand spent believing the Viltrumite way. Even if say Mark and Debbie had such emotional impact on him. So outside the general fantasy aspects and him being this killing machine. The crazy thing is this shows how omniman is near light speed in terms of flight.
The scene where you can see him moving around from city to city in a second from space, you can see the curve of the planet.
Using that you can actually calculate how fast he was going and the scary part is he did it so easily.
Light can wrap around the planet 7 times in a second and omniman was pretty damn close to that feat.

You have to understand while yes he's not holding back, he also isn't trying, he could probably go much faster and destroy this planet in less than a few minutes but doesn't because why would he waste the energy on such a inferior race to him.

If you think about it, this is probably the first time Nolan didn't hold back since arriving to Earth. Your whole argument relies on Omni Man being able to fly towards Hail Mary without Hail Mary doing anything about it, which simply wouldn’t happen. Nolan tried to fly over it, and it stopped him. So Nolan not only never even got the chance to do that, he never attempted to do so because he wanted to fight with Mark & not outspeed/outdo him, so what exactly is contradicted? There are characters in fiction who can fly through suns, is Hail Mary being that tough so unfathomable to you? Again, you are refusing to believe Hail Mary could be that strong for no reason.

Edit: a lot of people are having trouble With understanding how time works in these dimensions. Time in both dimensions is different, so an hour in Marks dimension can be like 2 months in the other planet.
