@@superboyx2837 Ok this is what I got. If you watch the movie IT the Deadlights (or known as it most familiar form Pennywise) is the villain in IT. The Deadlights turns into Pennywise just because it's just the form it want to take (it can really become anything), but as Pennywise the Deadlights become it's victim's fears.
The Deadlights are out to get Kenny. Kenny always thought Jason killed his parents so he always feared him and as I mentioned before the Deadlights becomes the victim's fear, so for the past "Don't Disrespect Halloween" videos the Jason we saw was really the Deadlights.
Now if you're wondering "How did Pennywise help save Jason if Jason was Pennywise?" Well from what I understand from the IT movie Pennywise can transform the area around him as well, such as when he's home to say scary, not scary, and very scary.
So with that knowledge he probably just made another person look like Pennywise.
