Jonas Brothers Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
How's it going?
I hear its wonderful
In California
I've been missing you
It's true
But tonight, I'm gonna fly
'Cause I go across the world
And see everything, and never be satisfied
If I couldn't see those eyes
Hello, beautiful
It's been a long time
Since my phone's rung
And you've been on that line
I've been missing you
It's true
But tonight, I'm gonna fly
Yeah, tonight, I'm gonna fly (oh, yeah)
'Cause I go across the world
And see everything, and never be satisfied
If I couldn't see those eyes
The song "Hello Beautiful" by Jonas Brothers is a sweet and sentimental track that talks about the distance between two lovers. The song begins with the singer asking how the other person is doing, and mentions that he has heard that everything is wonderful in California, which might mean that the other person is living there. The singer then says that he has been missing the other person, which lets the listener know that they are in a long-distance relationship or friendship.
But despite the distance, the singer remains positive and determined to see the other person again. He expresses his eagerness to fly across the world and see everything, but he emphasizes that he will never be satisfied if he couldn't see those beautiful eyes again. The chorus continues to repeat the line "tonight, I'm gonna fly", which might mean that the singer is planning to take a flight to see the other person or that he is going to take some kind of action to bridge the distance between them.
