I've known some of this info for years but I still consider this a satisfying article…no pun intended (okay maybe but…)

Some individuals have an acute sense of taste; there seems to be a wide range "ability to taste." My guess would be that Mr. Mascha might fall into the "one in ten-thousand" category, for sensitivity, which is pretty cool (ooops! that's a no-no, no ice!) when you think about it. I'm probably much closer to the other end of that range - - box wine and Taco Bell.

Yes, totally fascinating

Water sommelier. Well I never thought I’d be paying for radio either.
Steve the country cook
I do not pay for radio! But I have bought many bottles of water. And that is something I used to laugh at people about when it first met the market! I rarely buy water anymore, I filter my own.

I really like this guy and love what he said about a certain fast food place. I totally agree with him. I had been trying to find a water I could want to drink for a long time. I was spoiled at one point living way out in the country with a private well. That water was so good I dropped soda completely. I didn't even ruin it with coffee. I tried all of the Crazy Water versions some years ago and found I liked the green label (no3) the best so I buy it all the time now. I felt like a wine taster when doing my taste test of all the Crazy Water varieties. - Heidi
