1. The songs began in the late 70's with 2 people who got together at Essex University and later moved to live in an area of Bethnal Green known as the Triangle. These were squats that became part of a Housing Co-operative which saved them from destruction and the songs grew out of how it felt to live there during that time. Like its fabled counterpart, the Bermuda Triangle, this also seemed to be a place where you just might disappear - but it was here that the band Junta came into being, playing local festivals and gigs in London for a couple of years until real life got in the way.....Two of the original members are now rerecording the Junta tunes as the "Junta Company"
2.Junta formed in the midst of a local music scene overridden with the hardcore and emo sound everywhere one would turn. Through this, none of the band was angry enough or had tight enough pants to go for the hardcore breakdowns, whining lyrics, cliche choruses or emo powerchording. So, they just started playing whatever they wanted to, holding themselves to no boundaries and not really caring what people thought of them or what the songs were about. No ideas were ever really tossed, unless the time signature was too absurd, and no feelings were ever hurt. All artistic windows were open, and all styles of music were attacked. Junta can be related to bands like Mr. Bungle, The Beatles, Dick Dale, Tally Hall, Gruvis Malt, Bach, Otis Redding, etc., covering most archetypes of musical genres maybe in one song, but definitely throughout an album.
3. Telenet Japan Laser Soft employee. Was credited in the PC-Engine versions of Valis II and III. Laser Soft had a composer called "Junta". Seing how Junta was credited in the special thanks section of the Valis II soundtrack, they might be the same person.

Our ends were begginning
What keeps the planet spinning
The force of the beginning
We've come too far
To give up who we are
So let's raise the bar
She's up all night 'til the sun
I'm up all night to get some
She's up all night for good fun
I'm up all night to get lucky
We're up all night 'til the sun
We're up all night to get some
We're up all night for good fun
We're up all night to get lucky
We're up all night to get lucky
We're up all night to get lucky
We're up all night to get lucky
We're up all night to get lucky
The present has no ribbon
Your gift keeps on giving
What is this I'm feeling?
If you want to leave, I'm ready
Ah, ah
We've come too far
To give up who we are
So let's raise the bar
And our cups to the stars
She's up all night 'til the sun
I'm up all night to get some
She's up all night for good fun
I'm up all night to get lucky
We're up all night 'til the sun
We're up all night to get some
We're up all night for good fun
We're up all night to get lucky
We're up all night to get lucky
We're up all night to get lucky
We're up all night to get lucky
We're up all night to get lucky
We've come too far
To give up who we are
So let's raise the bar
And our cups to the stars
She's up all night 'til the sun
I'm up all night to get some
She's up all night for good fun
I'm up all night to get lucky
We're up all night 'til the sun
We're up all night to get some
We're up all night for good fun
We're up all night to get lucky
We're up all night to get lucky
We're up all night to get lucky
We're up all night to get lucky
We're up all night to get lucky
In "Get Lucky", Daft Punk and Pharrell Williams sing about the desire to have a good time and be lucky in love. The lyrics contain imagery of the phoenix, a mythical bird that dies and is reborn from its own ashes, representing the idea that even after an ending, something new and exciting can begin. The lyrics also touch on the idea of the force of the beginning, referencing the mysterious and powerful energy that starts things in motion.
The chorus repeats the phrase "We're up all night to get lucky," emphasizing the idea of the pursuit of happiness and the desire to keep going even in the face of obstacles. The song celebrates taking risks and being true to oneself, with the lyrics stating, "We've come too far to give up who we are, so let's raise the bar and our cups to the stars," implying that success comes from staying true to oneself and striving for something greater.
