The group has received many awards and has been featured on many 'best of' college a cappella compilations. In 2004, Juxtaposition advanced all the way to the international finals of the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella in New York City.
The group performs two concerts annually in Blacksburg, VA as well as 50+ other gigs a year. Virginia Tech's Juxtaposition is featured at the Greenbrier Resort for New Years Eve and Easter each year, has performed at the White House and performed for many corporate events.

A UK guitar band called Juxtaposition performed and recorded between 2000 and 2003. A self-released CD single "Take A Holiday" received critical praise and an unreleased EP "Useless and Roses" was circulated with positive reviews.

Holds kaworu, the only one who understood shinji in the world. But kaworu is an imposter and shinji holds him in his big mecha hands, hindering himself to squeeze him to death. There's about a minute the same picture when Freude schöner götterfunken is played, while the death of kaworu is awaited every second. A masterpiece of juxtaposition.
