Summer 2014, KAMP! released an EP by New York City based Cascine, becoming this way one of a few Polish bands so much asserting their presence in the western music industry. This release opened the door to be regularly able to promote their material abroad.
Their second album "Orneta" was a surprise drop in October 2015. "Orneta", as each and every sophomore, especially the one following a commercial success of its older brother, was being awaited and rated even before the first listen. It’s something no band can escape. "Orneta", indeed, is a dancefloor sort of album, but also a contemplative and melancholic one. And, as we’ve seen with KAMP! so far, it blossoms into a rather energetic piece when performed live.
At the moment (2018), Kamp! is working on third album.

The lyrics of Kamp!'s song Melt describe a seemingly endless night, where the singer is holding onto a relationship that is fading away. The repeated phrase "I praise you for this one more time" could signify that the singer is trying to hold onto the good moments they had with their partner, however, the line "It seems like tonight we'll never see the end" suggests that they know the end is near. The singer is also torn between holding onto their partner and letting them go, aware that they might not be able to hold onto the relationship much longer.
The line "Send me fast into the night, It will take away the love" suggests that the singer is aware that part of the difficulties in their relationship is their own inability to let go. They want to run away from the pain of a relationship that is slipping away from them, but at the same time know that they will be left with regrets. The chorus "Come back to it just one more time" is a bittersweet plea, as the singer knows that the relationship is ending, but still, wants to hold onto it for just a little longer.
Overall, the song Melt is an emotional journey attempting to hold onto a relationship despite the understanding that it may be slipping away. It showcases the complex emotions and longing that arise when we face the end of a relationship.
