I would say Jaejoong's career is fulfilled now and he has proved to us that he (along with his bandmate Kim Junsu) is the most talented artist ever in the Kpop industry. From 2003-2009, he was the lead vocalist of maybe the most talented Asian group ever, TVXQ. His unique, mesmerizing melodious voice was the soul of TVXQ ballads. He also composed many great songs during that time, including Wasurenaide, Don’t cry my lover, Colors Melody and Harmony (with Yoochun), 9095, etc. Jaejoong, along with JYJ members, was the first idol fighting for their rights by rebelling against one of the biggest entertainment company SM. By winning the lawsuit, they significantly changed the whole industry (once again, after all the glory with TVXQ). In terms of his music career, Jaejoong (and Junsu) flourished more than ever as a musician. He was with JYJ (wrote and composed many songs among their 3 albums, even involved in producing and became stage director for their concerts). He brought us up till now 5 successful solo albums (2 in Korean and 3 in Japanese), all peaking number 1 on the digital charts, as well as many singles and EP with various genres (rock, pop, ballad, dance, jazz, etc), in which he composed many of his Korean songs. He also acted and composed several OSTs for his dramas. He is the kpop artist with the most songs being featured as anime OST. He has the look (in fact, the "visual" term in kpop was originally invented because of him), was voted "The most handsome man in Asia" for several years. He is one of the richest Kpop idols, which mostly derived from his dedicated work in the entertainment industry for nearly 20 years plus excellent business skills. He had suffered a lot during his childhood like he even had to sell his blood in exchange for food or he was tone-deaf but he didn’t give up and achieved everything on his own. And now, he is still working hard to achieve more and his passion for music never fails to amaze me. I think not many people realize how incredibly talented Jaejoong (and Junsu) are, they still managed to reach the top despite being banned by SM for 10 years! However, that huge obstacle and how Jaejoong faced it just helped him upgrade himself from a very top idol to a superb artist (in both SK and JP!). All of his pain, his anger, his thought, his hope are all expressed through music. No one could sing as many genres as Jaejoong. No one could ever walk the legendary pathway as he did. He literally lived up to his stage name Hero. The most precious thing about Jaejoong is that he always put pure music and his fans first, above all the fame. He and JYJ basically sacrificed their insane popularity at that time just because they want to live freely and give more to the fans. There will never be artists that are brave like them...

He's been underrated because of that freakin' pretty face. His vocal reminds me of Daughtry, which is one of my favorite band vocals. He deserves more attention from the mass. Renad AQ it means there is a law being written so things like what sm did to jyj can't happen on a legal standpoint anymore...its even called the jyj law.. did you see junsus performance he did on ebs?the last song he had to go offstage because it became so emotional for him...those boys have been through hell and still they sell out everything! i just feel so bad for the rest of the boys...not that they have not done well but its sad when friends split up.... sm and ts entertainment aren't the best companies to work for but hating on the artists isn't the way to go though...

SO I only got into kpop a couple years ago and I'm slowly (very slowly) getting into more artists. Spotify recommended this song and I CANNOT stop listening to it!! It's beautiful but heart-wrenching and I'm literally hurting for him in this song. I love when artists manage to capture their emotions so well that we feel them too.
