This song... it's a masterpiece!
As I listened to it multiple times, I realized that the whole song, its structure is a metaphore to life!
The melody is the waves, event in our life which are sometimes good, sometimes bad, they are always changing...
And the bassline/drum is the TIME itself, because it is always there, regardless of what happening, whether we have best day our life or the worst ones, it is unstoppably flowing, and always reminds us that it is finite, so that you can make peace with its end...
