2) Kult is raw black metal band conceived in Italy in 2002 by Werewolf (Bloodtide) and Kacele. The band had tired of the new wave of symphonic black metal and wanted to play raw Black Metal without female vocals and keyboards. During 2003, they took part in two concerts in Italy and Switzerland with two other bands. At the end of that year, French label Ewiger Hass Productions printed KULT’s first and only demo tape ‘Darkness Return’, which received an enthusiastic response and sold out within three months. In 2004, Kacele joined the band Arvind as a session member and a few months later Bloodtide (Werewolf) and some others founded a Thrash Metal band in the vein of Sarcofago/Protector etc., called Executioner. After airing their new songs in the live arena, KULT recorded their debut album ‘Winds of War’ in 2006 at Alpha Omega Studio (Mortuary Drape/Ancient), where they mixed, mastered and recorded all instruments themselves (except the guitars, which were recorded by Aphazel of Ancient). ‘Winds of War’ is out now on Debemur Morti Productions.

The lyrics of Kult's song "Radio Tirana" describe the eponymous radio station broadcasting from Tirana, the capital city of Albania. The song is sung in Polish, and references the fact that the radio station broadcasts from evening until morning, and that it delivers the truth like a river. The repeated refrain of "Radio Tirana" serves to emphasize the importance and influence of the station. The lyrics also mention how the band knows the station as a "bad omen" while the listeners it refers to know nothing and are waiting for the end of the world. The last few lines mention a table, a window, friends and peace as the singer heads towards Tirana.
The song was released in the late 1980s during a time of political upheaval in Poland, and can be seen as a reflection of that period. At the time, radio was a primary source of information and entertainment, and the ability of the Albanian government to exert control over the airwaves was seen as a striking example of the power of propaganda. The song serves as a criticism of authoritarian regimes that use media to manipulate and control the populace.
