Land that gave us birth and blessing
Land that called us ever homewards
We will go home across the mountains
We will go home, we will go home
We will go home across the mountains
We will go home, we will go home
We will go home across the mountains
Land of freedom land of heroes
Land that gave us hope and memories
Hear our singing hear our longing
We will go home across the mountains
We will go home, we will go home
We will go home across the mountains
We will go home, we will go home
We will go home across the mountains
Land of sun and land of moonlight
Land that gave us joy and sorrow
Land that gave us love and laughter
We will go home across the mountains
We will go home, we will go home
We will go home across the mountains
We will go home, we will go home
We will go home across the mountains
When the land is there before us
We have gone home across the mountains
We will go home, we will go home
We will go home across the mountains
Leah's song "We Will Go Home" is a powerful and emotive ode to the land of birth, hope, and spiritual freedom. The song speaks to the deep human need to feel connected to something greater, to a sense of place and belonging that transcends national borders and cultural divides. At its core, the song expresses a longing for that elusive feeling of transcendence, a sense that we are part of something ancient and eternal.
The lyrics are filled with images of nature and the natural world - "land of bear and land of eagle," "land of freedom land of heroes," and "land of sun and land of moonlight." These images evoke a sense of the timeless and eternal, the idea that nature and the earth itself hold secrets that are as old as time itself. Every line speaks to a deep human need for connection and belonging - "land that gave us birth and blessing," "land that called us ever homewards," and "land that gave us joy and sorrow" are just a few examples of the rich and evocative language used in the song.
In the end, the song is a powerful call to return home, to the place where we feel most connected and most alive. It is a celebration of the human spirit, a testament to the unbreakable bond between people and the land they call home.

What kills me, is that this movie was nowhere near as popular as it should be... It should have been on the same scale as Gladiator in terms of popularity... This movie was so underrated... Amazing Cast, Amazing scenery, Amazing Story, Amazing Soundtrack! Seriously can't think of another movie, except for Gladiator that has a better combination in terms of a movie based off of this time period/fantasy/or ancient history
