Climb every mountain
Forge every stream
Follow every rainbow
Till you find your dream
A dream that will need
All the love you can give
Everyday of your life
For as long as you live
Climb every mountain
Forge every stream
Follow every rainbow
Till you find your dream
A dream that will need
All the love you can give
Everyday for your life for as long as you live
Climb every mountain
Forge every stream
Follow every rainbow
Till you find your dream
Lesley Garrett's beautiful rendition of Climb Every Mountain encourages listeners to keep pushing forward, no matter the obstacles or challenges that may present themselves. The lyrics are essentially an exhortation to pursue one's dreams with courage, perseverance, and dedication. The opening lines, "Climb every mountain / Search high and low / Follow every by way every part you know," urge the listener to explore every path that might lead to success, to leave no stone unturned.
The next verse begins with the same refrain and goes on to say, "Forge every stream / Follow every rainbow / Till you find your dream." Here, the emphasis is on the need to overcome challenges and to be persistent in following one's dreams, no matter how difficult the path may be. The third verse once again repeats the refrain and then goes on to remind the listener that pursuing one's dream will require "all the love you can give" and a commitment to put forth effort every day for the rest of their life.
Overall, Lesley Garrett's interpretation of Climb Every Mountain is an inspirational call to action, urging listeners to pursue their dreams with dedication, perseverance, and love.
