Playing shows on Warped Tour with comrades such as The Sounds, Yellowcard and My Chemical Romance, Lillix have earned a diverse and loyal fan base. Lillix have opened for high profile acts from Metric & Alanis Morisette to Aerosmith & KISS. Between live appearances on the Tom Green show, TRL and Much On Demand, Lillix extensively toured North America and Japan (where their album achieved Gold status). They have Juno nominations for “Best New Group” and “Best Pop Album” and won “Best New Group” at the Canadian Radio Music Awards.
In 2006 sisters Tasha-Ray and Lacey-Lee teamed up with drummer Alicia Warrington (Kelly Osbourne, Miley Cyrus) and released their sophomore album “Inside the Hollow”. The album was produced by Jeff Saltzman (The Killers) and James Michael (Motley Crue, Scorpions, Sixx A.M.). The single “Sweet Temptation” was voted one of the “Top 100 Songs of 2006” in Blender magazine.
After Touring “Inside the Hollow” and with the sudden and unexpected demise of Maverick Records. Alicia and founding member Louise Burns decided to depart the band. The Evin sisters have taken time to regroup and made a key decision to take on hard-hitting rock drummer Eric Hoodicoff (whom they have indefinitely borrowed from his renowned metal project Savage Blade). Lillix’s new line up is delving into sexy melodic dance grooves while incorporating a new sophisticated approach to their pop sensibility.
Currently recording their third and boldest album to date (title yet to be unveiled). Prepare for Lillix to hit radio stations and dance floors summer 2010.

That's your vision your delusion I was here to begin
You've interrupted our conclusions but we haven't begun
And you've placed your number ones instead
So what, I'm different
Would you prefer if we were all like her?
You see the external illusions
I don't want to be gone I don't want to be
When I'm around
When will this end on who will we depend and you're looking for the trend,
From the one who came along and now we've
Changed who's to blame?
No one other than the other
We'll get back to where we were,
Never longing over what's preferred
You never listened, told us to mind our business
Lies tried to ride your feelings words hide their meanings
What can I do, just let it all pass through
Convincing you to believe what's true
I don't want, want to be gone
I don't, I don't want no
The lyrics to Lillix's song "Invisible" carries a powerful message about individuality and being true to oneself. The first verse talks about someone not recognizing the singer's perspective and misinterpreting their intentions. The singer asserts that they have been present from the beginning and that the other person's version of events is a delusion. They also refuse to conform to someone else's expectations and assert their differences. The second verse describes someone who tries to control and manipulate situations to their advantage, causing conflict and shifting blame while ignoring their own actions. Amidst all of this, the singer continues to assert their individuality and refuses to disappear or compromise their ideals.
The song's message is about staying true to oneself, embracing individuality and not conforming to someone else's standards. It speaks of the pressure society places on people to fit in, be like others or fulfil their expectations. The lyrics urge listeners to trust their instincts, think for themselves, and stand up to those who try to manipulate or control them. It highlights the importance of being courageous, independent and confident.

Wow! This album is 20 years old. I remember the day I bought it. Doesn't seem that long ago at all. It's like a blink of an eye 😁

Cool track! The piano gives this song some Queen-esque vibes, making it sound like a 80s rock song.
