Show You How
Luciano Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Deep down under the ground
I went digging around
Aah and there I found
A hairy hound

I shook his hand and said how do you do?
It’s been very very nice
I shook his hand and said it’s been very nice
To be meeting you

Deep down under the ground
I went digging around
Aah and there I found
A morbid mole

I shook his hand and said how do you do?
It’s been very very nice
I shook his hand and said it’s been very nice
To be meeting you

Deep down under the ground
I carried on digging around
Aah and there I found
A fiercesome fox

I shook his hand and said how do you do?
It’s been very very nice

I shook his hand and said it’s been very nice
To be meeting you

Overall Meaning

Luciano's song "Show You How" features a whimsical and imaginative set of lyrics that take the listener on a journey beneath the earth's surface. The song's narrator describes a fantastical world in which they encounter unusual creatures while digging underground. With each new discovery, the singer politely introduces themselves and remarks on the pleasure of meeting these peculiar animals.

The lyrics of "Show You How" seem to suggest a sense of childlike wonder and curiosity, as the singer discovers a world that is unfamiliar and surreal. The creatures they encounter - a hairy hound, a morbid mole, and a fiercesome fox - are given human-like qualities, such as the ability to shake hands, which adds to the song's playful tone.

Overall, the song's lyrics can be interpreted as a celebration of the strange and unexpected beauty that can be found in the world around us, if only we are willing to explore and embrace it.

That was the biggest blessing. He is one of my All Time Favorite Reggae Artist. Who you see on stage.and feel in his music..is the same man...ever since...his music has been consistent...and he has never lived any form of lude...scandal ous contrarry life....unlike many rastafarian artists....who were only WOKE in their lyrics and public consciousness vs their actions and lifestyle....
