and It is originally a solo artist project with support guests, MEJIBRAY's first live was held on 30th April 2011 at 池袋BlackHole.
MEJIBRAY became an official band on June 19th 2011 of that year, when all the support members officially joined the band. The line-up remained stable until October 1st of that year, when Guitarist 一風 -ippu- left the band for unclear reasons. The band is not expected to pause activities.
Their music genre style are dark , heavy , melodic , metal and hard rock .

On May 3, they released their second best album SM#2 and the first SM was reprinted, this time with a bonus track voted by the fans.[25] They embarked on a tour with Arlequin and Diaura in the middle of 2017.[26] On December 31, the band's staff revealed that Koichi and Tsuzuku ended their contracts, starting their hiatus and leaving the band's future uncertain.[6] Soon after, the duo announced their new project: 8P-SB with visual elements and J-pop music. Tsuzuku changed his stage name back to Genki.

聴いてるだけで自分にも希望が見えてくるそんな気がする曲で今では黒歴史だけど辛い病み期にかなり救われた。
程よいサウンドとビート、爽やかで清々しいドライブ感、綺麗で美しいメロディー、辛い時に泣ける良い歌詞

と同時に
今、荒れてた時期は過ぎて過大評価しなくなった落ち着いて冷静になった現在、聴いてみると
良くも悪くもインディーズ向けでは無く
かなりメジャー向け
MEJIBRAYの全体の才能だけでは無く
特にMiAの音楽家としての実力とセンス、綴の実体験による歌詞の説得力、伝えようとする意思とテクニックや技術力(歌唱力・様々な歌唱法)に裏付けされた表現力などが垣間見えるながらも
インディーズとは思えない程親しみ易い曲です。

One of the reason I've always wanted to go to Japan lol there seem to be many unique people who have interesting styles and are not afraid to show it. Damn I love Mejibray so much, even if I may not be a person like they are, we are somehow connecting through music and it helped me a lot through very hard times. I'm so thankful.
