It started as a project with Sargatanas on vocals and Cern playing all instrucments. With that line-up Manes recorded the three demos „Maanens natt” (93), „Ned i stillheten” (94) and „Til kongens grav de døde vandrer” (95). The two first demos was later re-released by the Hammerheart Records sub-label „Unveiling the Wicked” in 98. In 99 the album „Under ein blodraud maane” was released by Hammerheart Records as well, and it was simply a re-recording of various tracks from the three previous demos. Cern felt the project became more and more of a burden as he had spurs of no motivation, troubles with disease, little or no interest in the growing metal-scene etc.etc. – so, to activate the band again he chose to include a full line-up, Sargatanas left the band, and after a while a contract was signed with the Italian label Code666 - where the second Manes full-length Vilosophe was released in 2003. The album was recorded at Skansen Studio in Manes’ hometown Trondheim, and the music was labelled “Neo Avant Metal” by Code666, but the band themselves choose to ignore this rather silly “description”, and simply call the music a dark mix of metal and rock with electronic elements.

On the first of January 2008, manes split up, and Cern formed kkoagulaa. In July 2013, however, the band resurfaced, promising an upcoming album recorded with the same lineup as Vilosophe, and linking to a new song "blanket of ashes".

There was a second band with name Manes which after two demos evolved into Ved Buens Ende. These two bands named Manes released a split together in 2009.

Saw this film 3 years ago. Went to a kickstart 2 years ago to see if all of this was real. For once in my life, I saw the full Gospel preached, people repenting, getting set free from demons and people getting baptized with the Holy Spirit with the evidence of tongues. Absolutely incredible. I had been in church my whole life and only saw glimpses but never seen a gathering where they actually followed through with people. No asking for money or special seating. No titles, tickets or special people in suits. No music or strobe lights. I decided to get rebaptized and live this life for Jesus. I got set free from something I didn't even know I had and started this life. We have seen over 50 people baptized, set free and filled with the Holy Spirit just this year. My life has completely changed. Don't listen to the trolls on here. Surrender all to Jesus. Go hard for the Kingdom of God. The contentment that is found in fulfilling God's will doesn't compare to anything this world has to offer. Repent, get right with God, let go and bury your old life in the water and never look back. Thank you so much for this! Last night, I had my while family watch this. There was definitely a spiritual battle getting this to happen, but once everyone sat down to watch it they were all touched so much by the presence of God! Afterwards, I baptized my husband in the Holy Spirit and he received tongues! I could hardly sleep last night after this! I felt such a yearning from the Holy Spirit for more!!! Jesus is so awesome. I prayed for my mom who was dead for over 40 minutes. She was even still dead upon arrival at the hospital. My husband was also with me. I would not accept that she was dead. I cried out to God with all my heart loudly in front of the two men from the ambulance. My husband and I knew without a doubt that she would be ok somehow. The nurse at the emergency said to us, they are still trying to bring her back and if they did she would have brain damage because of so long being dead. (the ambulance was lost and we waited a long time for it, over 20 min.) also we had to drive to her another 15 min. )so yes, it was a long time she was not breathing. After another 10 min. the nurse came back into the room where my husband and I were and said , "you can visit your mother on the third floor , in the morning, and she quickly left. My mom lived another 20 yrs to the day, May 5'th. She gave her life to Jesus and believed in Him, was reading her bible and telling me that Jesus was answering her prayers. I knew then it was ok that she died because she was ready. That was my first miracle that I had witnessed.

By what power are these things done, if not by Jesus?

If you can't point to what day you were flooded by the Holy Spirit, you never received. It is the most powerful event a human can experience, and you are changed forever more afterwards. It is not something you have to have faith in because you felt nothing, as the church teaches, they tell you that because they never received the Spirit either, and they don't want anyone to receive. The Spirit makes you a new creature inside and out as the Bible teaches, and nobody can go through this event without being overwhelmed temporarily, it is instantaneous, and many miracles will follow it because from then on the power of God is with you.

I feel so sure that I have been called to do this type of healing for people in the name of Jesus and for the Glory of God. I'm missing something! I tried to heal a women (close frined) of cancer and our friend's husband with Cancer recently, but they both passed away. I became a Christian January 7 2017 and have experienced so many wonderful messages and events from and with God. Everyone, please pray for me, that I will be able to do this for people, to the Glory of God! The more I read the Bible, the more I know this is what Jesus wants us to do for those afflicted with such terrible pain in their lives.

This is beautiful! I came to know Jesus through First Love Church, and since I gave my life to Christ after being an atheist, all I have ever known is the Word of God living and breathing in the body of Christ. The book of Acts has always been manifested in First Love and this film has made me even more grateful to be part of a church that has not compromised or strayed from the Bible but has remained steadfast in the Word. While I have previously received the baptism in the Holy Spirit, and have seen the evidence, not only in tongues, but in wonderful acts, I long for a renewal (or revival) of the manifest presence of the Holy Spirit in my life (all day, every day) and the lives of those around me. I've prayed and received healing in my body, and have prayed for others, who were immediately healed of various things. I've spoken with people and shared the love of our Messiah, and seen people born again. With all that said, I long for a 'kickstart', as well. I also long for MANY around me to know and receive and be transformed, to receive the baptism in the Holy Spirit, to be healed, to become a force to be reckoned with in the earth, for the kingdom of God!

Awsome story I've also seen alot of things in my life the lord trully changed me back in 2020 but I wanna get baptized again I just feel like the other 2 times were done by false prophets. I did speak tounges but I started speaking it in a prayer when I asked for it a few days after the baptism and now I also have better senses and dream are more vivid then ever before but I havnt been trully born again it's hard not being independent and being able to have my own place to start over my life. I very spent almost 21 years of my life lost I wanna get found and stay born again till our days are done.

I knew this was coming, I knew a true reformation was coming, I've felt it so deep within my soul, a presence calling me from the darkness but I fear leaving the darkness, for there are so many others trapped here as well who have no hope of escape, who don't know escape from suffering, pain and general negativity is possible...I will not fear anymore my Father, my creator, my master, my savior, my strength and my righteousness all come from the Father of all life. The word of God is Life, the ways of the world is death, make your choice and spread the light.

What I see here makes me think strongly of the Jesusmovement in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany in the seventies. Then I met Jesuschrist in 1978 and repented and was baptized. Glory be to God!

This man, Torben is a true Apostle of God. He doesn't wear his office on a name tag. He has lost almost all his earthly possessions. He is currently sitting in a detention center in Florida.

I praise God for people like Torban who go out and do Matt 28:19. He literally follows the Word of God without questioning the work of the Holy Spirit. Too many people do nothing but want to sound clever and criticize those getting on with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Please don't greave the Holy Spirit by questioning the Way HE Leads. Just go out and do it!

amen, i have been trying to find a pastor to baptise my children for 1 1/2 yrs since they became Christian - its as if they were dismissed for being too too young. As if there is an age limit. They love the Lord and give testimony of this faith every day. What I see here in your video is an access to all and its not so crazy to baptise wherever whenever the moment comes - that you don't have to plan 3months in advance, go on a course and understand big words or even have led a sinful life of crimes as how can a young child have done these things already? Yes they understand they are sinners and need Jesus for forgiveness. Amen to baptism - we will do this even in lockdown - we will video it and share it with the world.

I love seeing people's reactions both in this vid and in real life... It makes me cry in a good way because you see them realizing God is real and he loves them and cares about their pains and lives. I am currently learning this ministry.

The current religious system wants to put us like fish in a bowl and keep us there but God intended us to swim he OCEAN'S currents, tell people to turn from evil and do wonderful works in his name.

For SALVATION, I agree yes and there is PLENTY more he has given us to help bring others to the kingdom. We have the Kingdom and a MASSIVE inheritance as sons, priests and warriors of God. Speaking from the Great Commission, Book of Acts and personal experience. Life in Christ is exciting, not living in fish bowl--it is growing and functioning in the power, grace and authority Jesus gives us in the Holy Spirit. Christians brought joy to ENTIRE cities in Acts. I want to do the same. When things are alive they grow. The miracles exists to confirm the Word of God, glorify Him, and show people that he is real--I now realize that Lord Jesus lived the life of an average Christian, my mind was blown--he did say we would do greater things and he is the starting template for our lives. Whether they want to repent of their sin or not is their decision. Lord bless you!

Give freely, that guilt is not from God, all guilt leave them in Jesus name! Jesus loves you and just wants your whole heart and just spend time in your secret place and get to know His heart and the love and holy spirit will give you eyes to see ppl the way God does and He will put ppl in front of you and your compassion will be stirred up to move in action, in love!!
