Desde muy pequeño empezó a interesarse por la música y el baile, básicamente por que desciende de una familia de artistas.
En primaria empezó con sus clases de canto y baile, se enfoco en el Hip Hop.
La gente lo empezó a seguir por que el un día estaba jugando fútbol con sus amigos y llegó una mariposa a posarse en su brazo, intentó moverla y no sucedió nada, le dijo a sus amigos que le tomaran una foto y como le gusto mucho decidió publicarla en Twitter; ese fue el inicio de algo grande. Cómo por esos tiempos Mario acababa de ponerle fin una de sus relaciones estaba adolorido, y la gente se identificaba con todo lo que el expresaba. Nadie creía que fuera el en realidad, y no sabía como demostrarlo, fue ahí cuando encontró la aplicación Vine. Poco a poco fue creciendo y empezó a conocer varias amistades del Internet y dándose a conocer en el medio de la aplicación. Después de un tiempo comenzó a publicar vídeos en Youtube, y de ésos 6 segundos pasaron a 10 minutos, pero no contento sólo con eso siguió cumpliendo su sueño y llegamos a hoy en día, con tan sólo 21 años ya sacó su primer disco que en tan sólo semanas de su estreno por altas ventas consiguió disco de oro. Mario a tenido muchos logros, es la nueva estrella juvenil mexicana.
