He has since launched another album, Beautiful News, and continues to write many more popular songs such as You Never Let Go and Shine.
Songfacts states that Redman's eighth album 10,000 Reasons, was co-written with several of his friends. He then recorded the songs live in Atlanta, leading worship for over 1,000 worship leaders during LIFT: A Worship Leader Collective, put on by Passion City Church and sixstepsrecords on February 18 and 19, 2011. It sold nearly 7,000 units its first week in the US, almost doubling Redman's previous album release We Shall Not Be Shaken. The LP entered the Billboard 200 at #66, his biggest debut to date.

Much more worthy than I know
I cannot imagine
Just how glorious You are
And I cannot begin to tell
How deep a love You bring
O Lord my ears have heard of You
But now my eyes have seen
You're worthy
You're worthy
You're worthy
You're worthy to be praised
Forever and a day
Glory, I give glory
To the One who saved my soul
You found me and You freed me
From the shame that was my own
And I cannot begin to tell
How merciful You've been
O Lord, my ears had heard of You
But now my eyes have seen
We'll sing an anthem of the highest praise
We'll sound an anthem of Your glorious name
In the opening verse of the song, the writer expresses his inadequacy in comprehending the worthiness of God. He acknowledges that God's glory is beyond his imagination and he cannot fathom the depth of love that God gives. The writer proclaims that he has heard of God in the past, but it is only now that he has personally encountered God, and this experience has opened his eyes to the reality of God's greatness. In essence, the song celebrates the awesomeness of God, and it recognizes his place as the savior and the source of all human goodness.
The chorus of the song repeatedly affirms that God is worthy to be praised, now and forever. It emphasizes the eternal nature of God's worthiness and invites believers to join in praising him. The second verse begins with the phrase "Glory, I give glory," indicating that the writer has shifted his focus to expressing appreciation and adoration for God's mercy. He testifies that God rescued him from a life of shame and freed his soul. He acknowledges that he could not sufficiently explain how merciful God has been, but he knows that he owes everything to God. The song concludes by calling on all believers to join in singing and celebrating God's name and his glorious attributes.

Revelation 4:10-11 the twenty-four elders fall down before him who is seated on the throne and worship him who lives forever and ever. They cast their crowns before the throne, saying, “Worthy are you, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they existed and were created.”

Actually both Matt and Chris take turns at leading, showing a real unity in the Holy Spirit and their relationship is close. Spot the two ladies from Jesus Culture as well. Great video of a very anointed song. Thanks. Ken
