Song is basically about dealing with depression and what comes with depression.
Always on the edge, emotional instability, anxiety, anger frustration, sorrow, insomnia.
"I'm worthless"
"Is this as low as it gets"
"I can't sleep, wasting my night hours"
"I boarded a train, I ended up panicking"
"What are those lines/wounds on your wrist?"
These are some of the lyrics I decided to translate.
Too lazy to translate it all.

This song is about depression in Japan. So the word Utsu (鬱) means depression since Japanese loves word play they changed it to utsukushi (美し) means beautiful if you translate the title in English it means "Ode to Bluetiful people". The song is such a banger but the lyrics is so depressing and MTH is addressing the problem of mental health.
