She played drums in a band in high-school. As a teenager, she was already writing. She always keeps a notebook and wrote most of her songs in airports and hotel rooms. Her first demos were recorded on her computer. To beat time, she used the sound of a pen on the table, a box, or her leg. She released her first album White T-Shirt in 2007, with the help of the producer Renaud Letang. Her music could be described as colorful, rhythmic and vocal pop.
Now It's Gone
Micky Green Lyrics

for far to long
it was all there but now it's gone
it's empty
and so are we
there's no need to bring it on down
but it could have been
nice to stay
if only we could fill it up
but are our big enough?
we've been holdingon
for far to long
it was all there but now it's gone
The lyrics to Micky Green's song "Now It's Gone" are about holding on to something for too long until it becomes empty and the people holding on become empty themselves. The lyrics suggest that there is no need to bring it down because it has already fallen apart. The beginning of the song seems to be a realization that it has gone on for too long and the people involved are exhausted. They may have enjoyed the experience at one point but it has now become empty and not worth holding on to.
The second verse of the song reveals the desire to stay and make things work. It suggests that it would have been nice to stay if they could fill the emptiness and make it work. They question whether they are "big enough" to make it work, which could be a reference to their emotional capacity or their ability to make the relationship work. The chorus reiterates the idea that they have been holding on for too long and it is now gone.
Overall, the lyrics seem to be about the process of holding on to something until it becomes empty and not worth anything. It can apply to any situation where people put in effort but then realize it is not worth the effort.

We've been holding on
We have been clinging to something for a while now
for far too long
Much longer than necessary
it was all there but now it's gone
What we had is no longer present
it's empty
There is nothing there now
and so are we
We feel hollow too
there's no need to bring it on down
We shouldn't make things worse
there comes a day to break away
Eventually, we must move on and break free
but it could have been
What we had was potentially good
nice to stay
If only we could have made it work
if only we could fill it up
If only we could restore what was lost
but are our big enough?
Do we have what it takes to do so?
we've been holding on
We have been trying to keep this alive
for far too long
For too much time has passed
it was all there but now it's gone
But we can't retrieve what is no longer there
