Following a series of hotly tipped 2009 singles, he signed to London Elektricity's renowned Hospital Records and released his self-titled debut the following year. Since 2012, Netsky has toured with a full band, in addition to releasing two numerically titled albums, both of which topped the Belgian charts, and his sound has expanded to encompass dubstep, hip-hop, and electro-house.
Taking his stage name from a computer worm affecting Microsoft Windows operating systems, Daenen's first releases as Netsky first appeared in 2009, on independent drum'n'bass labels like Talkin Beatz and Liq-weed Ganja. His melodic, energetic sound made him a natural fit for Hospital Records, who signed him at the end of the year. The debut full-length Netsky appeared in 2010, showcasing Daenen's ability to switch between rigorous dancefloor tracks and full-blown songs with guest vocalists. After collaborating with labelmate Danny Byrd on the 2011 single "Tonight," Netsky's second album, 2, was released in 2012. Reaching the top spot in his native country in addition to charting high in New Zealand and the U.K., the album included four Belgian Top 20-charting singles and guest vocals by Diane Charlemagne and Billie, both of whom toured as part of the Netsky live band. By then, he was an in-demand remix producer, having reworked songs by Swedish House Mafia, Miike Snow, Jessie J, and several others.
"Running Low," a collaboration with American singer Beth Ditto, was released in 2014, and became Netsky's first number one single in his native country. Signing with Epic Records, he released his third album, 3, in 2016. Sporting a noticeably poppier sound and featuring guest appearances from the likes of Emeli Sandé, Saint Raymond, Lowell, and the peculiarly named Digital Farm Animals, the album was another success, topping the Belgian charts while hitting the Top Ten of the dance charts in the U.K. and the United States. He followed the album with the 2017 single "Here with You" (with Lost Frequencies) and 2018's "Téquila Limonada" (featuring A.CHAL). In 2019 Netsky teamed up with Aloe Blacc for the single "Snitch." ~ Andy Kellman & Paul Simpson.
Netsky’s profile as a remixer has been affirmed by his huge remixes of ubiquitous club anthems such as Pendulum – “Witchcraft”, Plan B, Leftfield –“Release The Pressure”, Audio Bullies –“Only Man”, Swedish House Mafia – “One”, Jessie J – “Nobody’s Perfect” and Rusko – “Everyday” and more.

And then love has gone.
Don't they know?
Love has gone,
And then love has gone.
Love has gone,
And then love has gone
Love has gone,
And then love has gone.
Love has gone,
And then love has gone
And then love has gone.
And then love has gone.
Love has gone,
And then love has gone.
And then love has gone.
Love has gone,
And then love has gone.
Don't they know?
Love has gone,
And then love has gone.
Don't they know?
Love has gone,
And then love has gone.
Don't they know?
Love has gone,
And then love has gone.
Don't they know?
Love has gone,
And then love has gone.
Love has gone,
And then love has gone.
Love has gone,
And then love has gone.
Love has gone,
And then love has gone.
The lyrics of Netsky's song Love Has Gone seem to deal with a repeated loss of love. The word "gone" appears 16 times in the song, emphasizing just how much has been lost. The repetition of these lines emphasizes the emptiness and hopelessness that comes with the end of a relationship.
The singer seems to be questioning whether or not others are aware of the pain he is feeling. The line "Don't they know?" suggests that he is feeling disconnected from others, and perhaps even angry that they aren't more sympathetic to his situation. The overall feeling is one of sadness and despair. The repeated refrain of "love has gone" is like a mantra that the singer can't escape from.
This song could be interpreted in a variety of ways, as the lyrics are somewhat abstract. Some may interpret it as a metaphor for the passing of time, or the inexorable nature of change. Others may see it as an expression of loss and grief over the end of a romantic relationship. Whatever interpretation one chooses, the lyrics suggest a deep sense of sorrow and despair.

The frustrating thing about getting to 65 is that you're "not supposed " to like stuff like this . I recently split with my partner after 35 years together , the trouble is now who am I going to find who likes my kind of music , all the women my age want Crowded house, Adele , Lighthouse family or other stuff like that FFS !! Play that to me when I'm dead
@spontaneousbootay
Music is universal. Here I am 9 years later still enjoying the heck out of this song.

The more guys like you who are open about liking music across a generational gap the better I reckon. If that means you develop a few friends/ relationships with younger people than that can only be a good/ eye-opening thing. All the best mate.

I took my girlfriend to see Netsky live in Sheffield last year, and although her leg hurt she still enjoyed it despite not being able to dance like other people would. She felt bad because I wasn't dancing either, but I wasn't going to leave her. Now she's been diagnosed with 4 autoimmune diseases, so we're not as happy as we used to be. I listen to this song to remind me of a happier time when we worried less, and despite the title our love hasn't gone.
