2. Focus on systems (how) not on goals (what)
If you want better results, focus on systems not on goals. Goals are about the results you want to achieve but systems are about the processes that get to those results.
3. Focus on identity not goals
If you want to change your habits focus on who you want to be rather than what you want to achieve. When a habit comes from who we are we're far more motivated to actually get what we want.
5. Be patient
Be patient to see meaningful results. Our habits need to persist for long enough .
