I slutten av januar 2016 slapp de sitt debutalbum på Arch Records. Albumet «Henda i været» er et resultat av 14 års vennskap, 8 år som band, 4 forskjellige navn og en haug av låter.
I 2014 slapp de sin første låt, «Lite og stort», som ble A-listet på NRK P1. Det samme ble låten «Hvis det var meg», gitt ut i desember samme år. «Lite og stort» var også en del av en stor prisvinnende kampanje for Widerøe, hvor «hele Norge» sammen laget musikkvideo til låta ved å laste opp bilder og video fra rundt omkring i landet. Oppmerksomheten førte til at No. 4 fikk åpne Spellemannsprisen 2015 og solgte ut Parkteatret i Oslo, da med kun tre låter utgitt. (Den tredje, «En annen deg», ble B-listet på NRK P1).
«Henda i været» er spilt inn i Velvet Recordings i Spydeberg, Ohlogy Studio i Oslo og X-Level Studio i Stockholm og har blitt et tydelig statement på hvem No. 4 er som band og låtskrivere. Sangene handler om tilhørlighet og indentitet. Om det å finne seg en plass og å ikke strekke til. Bandet har sammen med produsent Goran Obad laget et detaljrikt, organisk univers som strekker seg fra sparsommelige pianoballader, til rike popproduksjoner med synther, saksofon og strykeorkester(!), sistnevnte arrangert av svenske Erik Arvinder, som har laget arrangementer for blant andre Seinabo Sey og ane Brun.
