Loaded Gun

And first time i see
Down my bloody anger
bleeding for me
I was feeling in love
With the devil by my side
You’re leaving me now
You can't do nothing
Got me walking through the rain
to find the answer
of my creepy fate
I was feeling in love
With the devil by my side
You’re leaving me now
With a bomb at home
I don’t pray for nothing
all i love is six feet under me
but my finger is stronger than a trigged gun
I was feeling in love
with the devil by my side
do you feel the sound
do you feel my love
you’re leaving me now
With a bomb at home
i’m a loaded gun
moved by the devil’s hand
i’ve got to run
cause i’m a burning flame
i’m watching the end of my burning lane
it’s the end
my friend
it's the end
The lyrics of "Loaded Gun" by No Money Kids depict a person who feels trapped and controlled by their own destructive tendencies. The use of metaphors such as a mirror and a loaded gun symbolizes the singer's self-reflection and the potential danger they pose to themselves and others.
The opening lines suggest that the singer is examining themselves in a mirror, perhaps for the first time, and sees their anger as something that is causing them pain. This anger is described as "bloody" and "bleeding," emphasizing its destructive nature. The singer admits to being in love with the devil, metaphorically representing their affinity for trouble and self-destruction.
The chorus reveals that the object of the singer's affection is leaving them, but not before leaving a bomb behind. This bomb could represent the consequences or aftermath of their actions, and they are left to deal with it alone. Despite this, the singer acknowledges their resilience and determination to find answers, even if it means navigating through difficult circumstances.
The second verse continues to explore the singer's destructive tendencies, suggesting that they do not pray for anything and only find solace in darkness and death. However, they assert their control and power over their situation, claiming that their finger is stronger than a loaded gun's trigger. This implies that they are fully capable of causing harm but also have the ability to take control and change their path.
In the final chorus, the singer identifies themselves as a loaded gun, moved by the devil's hand. They feel the need to run and escape their burning lane, signifying their desire to break free from this destructive cycle. The repetition of "it's the end" reinforces the notion that they recognize the need for change and the potential consequences if they continue down their current path.
