I wont forget
O.K. Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

So tell me
How did it go?

I uh (sigh)
I've never felt this happy before
It just...
It feels so surreal
So different

I don't know if

It will ever work out
That's what I'm most scared about

Late at night I close my eyes
And think of how the 80s were
And when I look back
I remember some words you had said to me
It's better to have lost at love
Than never to have loved at all
I won't forget you 80s music
(I won't forget you)
Even though I should
I won't forget you 80s
(I won't forget you)
Even though I should, yeah
Sometimes in my head
I can still remember pictures of the 80s
And I laugh to myself
When I think of all those crazy things that we used to do
Although miles come between us
Just between you and me....

Everyone sing along!!!

Age 18 to 50 went by in the blink of an eye. Now at 50, itā€™s hit me in a way I cannot put into words properly, just how damn short life really is.

Just turned 50 in February this year. I feel good but also sad sometimes. It's a difficult range of emotions to navigate for so many reasons. My kids are grown now, my grandparents just memories..... damn. Not to mention all the doctor appointments for check-ups and screenings, ugh.šŸ˜

@EPstroker

Yep 50 here too. The 80s was the decade we started figuring stuff out and exploring "things" lol. What a great time to be a teen. No cell phones and no stupid internet......we actually went and found things to do and stuff to get into.
