Those tightly harmonised vocals are the duo’s most distinctive characteristic: they sing almost with one voice, swooping and soaring. Their music is arty and angular, but they’re also capable of coming up with a hummable tune. They're dissonant, but also harmonious, controlled but also spontaneous.
