Evaluation of the Original Broadway Cast:
Valjean: This was NOT Colm Wilkinson's best...... He is better than Hugh Jackman, though. He did alright.
Javert: Terrance Mann is definitely better than Russell Crowe, but still not great. He is good.
Fantine: Randy Graff is likely the worst Fantine I have heard. She just was not suited for the
Marius: David Bryant is barely better than Eddie Redmayne, but still not that good. He is greatly lacking.
Eponine: Frances Ruffelle did a lot better in the Original Broadway Cast. I do like her otherwise. She uses too much power here.
Cosette: Judy Kuhn is one of the few saving graces of this whole cast. She did quite well.
Enjolras: Although Michael Maguire did better in the 10th Anniversary Concert, he still is very good here. Definitely the best part of this cast, along with Judy Kuhn.
Thenardier: Leo Burmester is a lot better than Sacha Baron Cohen, but is still lacking. It's a shame he is no longer with us.
Madame Thenardier: Jennifer Butt is better than Helena Bonham Carter, especially in delivery of her lines, but is also lacking something.
Overall: The worst of the Big 6 casts (To me, these casts are official and are as follows: The Original London Cast, The Original Broadway Cast, The Complete Symphonic Recording Cast, The 10th Anniversary Cast, The 25th Anniversary Cast, and 2012 Film Cast). Though they do have saving graces in the form of Judy Kuhn and Michael Maguire (However, both did better in the 10th Anniversary Concert).

I just listened to the movie version. It just felt kinda weak in comparison. Might be biased, just because this is what I was introduced to.
I absolutely love this song. Just so powerful, conveys so many emotions.
Absolutely an amazing job for every single actor here. I have no complaints on the characters, whether it's Eponine or Marius. All of them together make such a pretty song to listen to.
Edit: I forgot to include this in the actual comment, but if you're trying to sing along, perhaps stick to one character at the end. Great job to everyone singing!

Nah, you’re not biased, it IS weak by comparison, mainly because the only two who really sing as if they’re on a stage and need the people in the back to hear them (which is the way this musical needs to be sung) were Aaron Tveit and Samantha Barks. Everyone else sang like they were afraid of breaking the camera if they sang too loudly, so it didn’t work.
