My faith allows me to see beyond what the physical world presents through visions and dreams.

While some can interpret the omens around them, I find it all mysterious and unclear.

Despite not being able to see physical signs, my faith allows me to perceive the invisible.

Looks into the soul that come across the unseen
My faith allows me to perceive the soul in those who are unseen.

Am I blind or do I see for the first time
I question whether my newfound faith has made me blind or has given me clearer vision for the first time.

In a world of hate where love's denied
Love is often rejected in a world full of hate.

But my faith believes the impossible
Despite the world's realities, my faith has allowed me to believe in the impossible.

Here for the taking so I'm ready to go
Since the impossible is now possible through faith, I'm ready to go wherever it may take me.

Higher, a place I've only imagined
I can only imagine what lies in a higher place through my faith.

Higher, farther than I've ever gone
This place is exceptionally further than I have ever been.

Higher, it'll all make sense when I get there
Even though it may seem nonsensical now, everything will make sense when I reach this higher place.

All the things I know and the things I don't
Both the known and unknown things will be clear when I reach this higher place.

I'm standing on my own
I am standing confidently on my own because of my faith.

This unparalleled life is a gift and not my own
My life is a precious gift, not something I rightfully own.

So I keep on walking through the valley of the unknown
I am willing to keep walking through the unknowns of life because of my faith.

My faith redeems the most despicable,
Even someone as lowly as myself can be redeemed by faith.

Low life, no good man like me
Despite being a weak and imperfect person, my faith has the power to make me better.

My life is sketched out on these pages like a map
My journey is laid out like a map in the story of my life.

Been good, I've been bad but it shows you where I'm at
Although my past actions may have been both good and bad, it has led me to where I am today.

Look real close, it'll show you how to find
If you look closely at my journey, you can learn how to find your own way.

The treasure of your soul, one love divine
The key to finding the treasure of your soul is through one divine love.

If that's all that you have to give (is that all you have to give)
If that's the only thing you can contribute (is that all there is).

Take me higher, I want to go higher
I want to achieve even more, I want to go to an even higher place through my faith.

Go ahead, I won’t settle for less
Even if others settle for less, I am determined to keep striving for more.

So you can do what you want
Others may choose to live their life as they please,

And say what you want
To say whatever they want.

Live how you want
And live in whatever way they choose.

And die how you want
Until they die in their own way.

But this faith has put my mind at ease,
In contrast, my faith provides me with peace of mind,

Souls at peace and my spirit flies free!
Which allows my soul to be at peace and for my spirit to soar freely.
