Whenever I feel far away from myself and so very lost, I listen to this album. It reawakens all of my most intense longings and I begin to feel not so confused anymore.
As a gay youth, I haven't found an artist that I have been able to so perfectly identify with until I stumbled across Perfume Genius. To me, his music captures how painful it can be to be gay - and also the beauty the can come from that pain.
One day, I want to meet Michael Hadreas and hug him ever so tightly.

That's why I get software to edit songs. You don't need to know very much to "lengthen" a song...or specific parts. On this song, I take the last minute or so of the song and add it twice, or 3 times...whatever you choose. It can be pretty beneficial.
