Breton en Amérique du Sud depuis 10 ans, hier des bribes mélodiques de ma jeunesse cherchaient à s'unir dans mémoire... cette magnifique chanson m'est alors apparue après des décennies. Petite fille du Pas de Calais, avec des ancêtres marins, cette chanson était pour moi un reflet de ce que je m'imaginais d'eux... Les sonorités antillaises et bretonnes mêlées, pour moi, c'était ça la vie de marin.
