Rootdown Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
With your own two hands come lift somebody up
And if you got eyes then use them to see
What this world really needs
And if you got a body then a body come on move it to the beat
Come on everybody you gotta get up and move your feet when we say
Whoa whoa yea yea
We kick it rootdown I put my foot down so how you wanna kick it wanna kick it
Rootdown?!
If you got roots then use them to grow
You gotta dig down deep till your fruit starts to show
And if you got a friend then be a friend and live in peace
Before your friends turn into enemies
And if you got a body then a body come on move it to the beat
Come on everybody you gotta get up and move your feet when we say
We kick it rootdown I put my foot down so how you wanna kick it wanna kick it rootdown?!
