I Love You

Thought I'd buried you and I
But I have diamonds in my eyes
Such a bitter tear to cry
You're still ruining my life
I'm not over it
I'm not over it
I remember every taste
If I get a little wasted
I can almost see your face
Such a dark and lonely place
I'm not over it
Someone get me over it
And confide in me
Wrap your arms around me, baby
They say you can't fall out of love 'til you love someone else
Where you been hiding?
When my heart's been slowly breaking
They say you can't fall out of love 'til you love someone else
'Til then
Guess I'll dance (dance, dance, dance, dance, dance, dance, dance)
Guess I'll dance (dance, dance, dance, dance, dance, dance)
'Til then
Guess I'll dance (dance, dance, dance, dance)
Guess I'll, guess I'll dance (dance, dance, dance, dance, dance, dance, dance, dance, dance)
Can't forget the way you move me
Try and drown you in the music
Hold my breath and close my eyes
Gotta drag you out of my mind
Still not over it (no)
Someone, get me over it
And confide in me (oh)
Wrap your arms around me, baby
They say you can't fall out of love 'til you love someone else (oh)
Where you been hiding?
When my heart's been slowly breaking
They say you can't fall out of love 'til you love someone else
'Til then
Guess I'll dance (dance, dance, dance, dance, dance, dance, dance)
Guess I'll dance (dance, dance, dance, dance, dance, dance)
'Til then
Guess I'll dance (dance, dance, dance, dance)
Guess I'll, guess I'll dance (dance, dance, dance, dance, dance, dance, dance, dance, dance)
I've never been this low
Feel so out of control
Throw down a miracle
Sip on your Holy Ghost
I've never felt this low
Cry like an animal
Sadness is beautiful
So confide in me
Wrap your arms around me, baby (oh)
They say you can't fall out of love (oh, no)
They say you can't fall out of love (oh)
Where you been hiding? (Oh)
When my heart's been slowly breaking
They say you can't fall out of love 'til you love someone else (oh)
Guess I'll dance (dance, dance, dance, dance, dance, dance, dance)
Guess I'll dance (dance, dance, dance, dance, dance, dance)
They say you can't fall out of love 'til you love someone else
(Dance, dance, dance, dance, dance, dance, dance, dance, dance, dance, dance, dance)
The song "Dance" by Sam Smith talks about the struggle to move on from a past relationship. The lyrics mention how the person thought they had buried their past with their ex, but the memories and emotions still persist. The imagery of "diamonds in my eyes" suggests that the person can still see the good in their past relationship despite the bitter tears they cry. The chorus emphasizes the idea of using dancing as a means to temporarily forget the pain and move forward.
The second verse suggests that the person tries to drown their heartbreak in music, but they are still haunted by the memory of their ex. The line "Still not over it, someone get me over it" showcases the frustration that comes with trying to move on but being unable to do so. The bridge of the song describes the person’s sadness as 'beautiful’ and suggests that they will continue to hold on to their feelings until they can truly find love elsewhere.
Overall, the lyrics paint a vivid picture of the complexities of moving on from a past love. The use of language suggests that while the experience may be painful, it is also a necessary step to finding happiness again.

He could be a sinner, or a gentleman
He could be a preacher when your soul is damned
He could be a lawyer on a witness stand
But he'll never love you like I can, can
He could be a stranger you gave a second glance
He could be a trophy of a one night stand
He could have your humour, but I don't understand
'Cause he'll never love you like I can, can, can
Why are you looking down all the wrong roads?
When mine is the heart and the salt of the soul
There may be lovers who hold out their hands
But they'll never love you like I can, can, can
They'll never love you like I can, can
A chance encounter of circumstance
Maybe he's a mantra, keeps your mind entranced
He could be the silence in this mayhem, but then again
He'll never love you like I can, can, can
Why are you looking down all the wrong roads?
When mine is the heart and the salt of the soul
There may be lovers who hold out their hands
But they'll never love you like I can, can, can
They'll never love you like I can, can, can
They'll never love you like I can, can, can
We both have demons, that we can't stand
I love your demons, like devils can
If you're self-seeking, an honest man
Then stop deceiving
Lord, please
Why are you looking down all the wrong roads?
When mine is the heart and the salt of the soul
There may be lovers who hold out their hands
But they'll never love you like I can, can, can
They'll never love you like I can, can, can
They'll never love you like I can, can, can

@JX02 because thats not what they identify as . or are . theyre non binary . stop sorting them into a binary
@Jcon4002
@Elliesaysstuff everyone is part of the binary biologically based on genitals and chromosomes, i don't see how non binary is a biolgical thing I see it as more of an identity.
