Sara Ramirez Lyrics

all is calm, all is bright
round yon virgin mother and child
holy infant so tender and mild
sleep in heavenly peace
sleep in heavenly peace
silent night, holy night!
glories stream from heaven afar
heavenly hosts sing alleluia!
christ, the saviour is born
christ, the saviour is born
silent night, holy night
son of god, love's pure light
radiant beams from thy holy face
with the dawn of redeeming grace
jesus, lord, at thy birth
jesus, lord, at thy birth
Sara Ramirez's rendition of Silent Night is a beautiful and peaceful song that reflects on the holy night when Jesus Christ was born. The lyrics depict the birth of Jesus Christ, the savior of the world, and how the night was still and calm, with Mary and Joseph by His side. The song starts off with "Silent night, holy night, all is calm, all is bright", which sets the tone for the rest of the song. The imagery suggests a peaceful night filled with divine presence, where everything is still and there is nothing to disturb the quietness.
The second stanza of the song, "Silent night, holy night, shepherds quake at the sight, glories stream from heaven afar, heavenly hosts sing alleluia, Christ, the savior is born, Christ, the savior is born," sheds light on the significance of Jesus Christ's birth. The shepherds tremble at the sight of the angel announcing the birth of Christ, and the glories of heaven shine bright amidst the night, announcing the good news. The hymn tells the story of the miracle of the birth of the son of God, giving hope to many Christians around the world today.
The final stanza of the hymn is a call to worship Jesus Christ as the Lord and Savior. "Silent night, holy night, son of God, love's pure light, radiant beams from thy holy face, with the dawn of redeeming grace, Jesus, Lord, at thy birth, Jesus, Lord, at thy birth," emphasizes the significance of Jesus's birth as the beginning of a new era and the dawn of our redemption. It's a call to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ and to give thanks to Him for His love and grace.
