The lyrics of Sattas's song "Büyüklere Masallar" depict the ups and downs of human life. The first verse acknowledges that people live and fight, love and separate, feel happiness and sadness, and experience birth, aging, love, hate, truth, and lies. But then the singer interrupts himself and asks if there is any hope for the constant fluctuation between good and bad things, and whether it is easy to pollute and destroy things and expect no consequences. He wonders why there should be elegies and so much pain when a child is born to meet the same fate as everyone else. The singer then pleads for an end to oppression.
The second verse mentions different social classes and divisions, such as slaves and owners, poor and rich, bosses and workers, and those who pollute and those who clean. The same interruption follows, but this time the singer expresses his belief that there will be a dawn, a light that will overcome the darkness in which everything negative hides. He encourages parents to teach their children about equality and reminds everyone that just as they came naked into the world, they will also leave with nothing. The last line connects to the title of the song, suggesting that the story told is not a fairy tale but a real-life experience that we need to listen to and embrace.
The song invites listeners to reflect on the state of the world and the importance of social justice. It argues that no matter our differences, we all share the same fate, and we need to take care of the planet and each other. Büyüklere Masallar was released in 2015 and is part of Sattas's album called Masallar ve Hayatlar.
