Ubisoft never got bad.

They were getting more creative and brought out the most of their franchises in the last decades.

But the business part of Ubisoft did so many wrong steps, that everybody is shitting on Ubisoft games eventhough they are one of the most creative, innovative and well crafted games in the industry.
They are the reason why some masterpieces became just a mess, because they forced their devs to rush the games.
They are the reason why microtransactions exists, in games that are damn good and dont deserved to follow the same trend of EA's games.
They are the reason why everybody hates Ubisoft eventhough they brought way better titles to the table than the ones that everybody praises, like: FarCry 2 & 3, AC 2 Trilogy...and so on.

Valhalla is a f*cking masterpiece.
From a world building, game structure, Story, gameplay and overall disign perspective.

But I cant appreciate how good this game actually is, because everybody is just hating on it & telling me, that the game that is blowing me away so much, is just pure garbage.
With arguments that are just not true, just because they dont even try to enjoy that game and try to take it seriusly.

If u go with the typical "well, guess Iam playing a Ubisoft game now, lets see what they maybe do to impress me" kind of view in the game, then its no wonder that u will not enjoy ur time and get the greatness of this game.

If I would have only looked at the flaws that the Witcher 3 had, I would never enjoyed it at all.
Because its a pretty basic game, that looks kinda pretty but atleast has some good storys to tell, even in sidemissions.
But is also still bagged with the typical openworld stuff that u can find in every other openworld game.

...I bet u have never heared such a statement over this game.
Because its an unfair way to review this game & how and what it tries to achieve.
And this is sadly the way people tread Ubisoft games these days, eventhough they become better than the older games, but also better than most of the top tier games that are out there.

And Valhalla just set new bars for RPGs in some ways, but I gues almost nobody will appreciate that.

Thank u for ur time if u tried to understand what Iam saying, my english is kinda bad...

And have a great day! ^^

It's hard to lose someone special to you. Especially if there is nothing in logic that says she loved you back.
Others may say it is foolish to cry over the passing of a ship, but they are the fools for they do not understand what she has done for us.
She has been battered, bruised, and set ablaze.
She's carried many a man, and cargo that no man can lift alone.
She has fought with us, killed with us, save with us, and freed with us.
She has guided us through storm and hardship.
And she has always stayed afloat for us, kept us safe and at home while rocking us to sleep at night. Holding us together like an angelic mother with all her crew her children of the wind and sea.
But now she has begun to rot, and asks softly to be put to rest.
And the next time someone tries to tell us that our beloved ship cannot love us back, think back on all that she's done for us and you will see that she loved you just as dearly, and is so proud of the person you've become, even as she rests at the bottom of the sea.

It's an alternate lyric.

Instead of Johnny being told to go because it's already done he's being pushed to leave because the voyage is long and hard and there's a life waiting for him back home.

Instead of it already being graduation at school he's being encouraged to graduate early and move on with his life rather than going back for a couple more years before moving on.

Because the voyage is long and the winds don't blow he should get out while he can--take his pay, and go--don't re-up.

It still makes sense, but instead of it being about leaving a boat at the completion of the journey it's about closing a chapter of his life so he can have one.
