I wonder if Keith has seen the countless comments thanking him for his “eat the menu” series because sitting and eating with him has helped people through their EDs. I struggle with one on and off, and when it gets bad, I find these videos and I sit and eat with him. He offers funny, non-judgmental company. I wonder how many people he has helped with these videos, and I hope he knows how large the number is. Thank you Keith 💕
Also! To those worrying about his health! The four of them did a video with another channel (called spectrum maybe?) where they stand on lines to determine how much they agree or disagree with statements. The guys revealed that as Keith has started this series, he has been a lot more aware of his health. Outside of these videos, he often eats healthy and works out a bit! He said that he used to always eat unhealthy food, but now he’s super healthy outside of these videos and is doing well!

@DeathnoteBB Well, in general, daily habits have a way bigger effect in your body that things you do once every couple of months. Think of it the other way around; someone who eats low quality food every day, but does a super-clean eating detox for a couple of days every now and then is probably not going to be healthier on the long term.

Honestly whenever I know I have to eat but I just don’t feel hungry or I’m scared to let myself eat (eyyy trauma) then I put on an eat the menu and I eat along with Keith, and later when I’m work or smth I just feel so thankful I managed to get something in and that’s all due to Keith and his wonderful hallucination of a show
