The band signed with Mediaskare Records and released their debut record, Rebirth of the Temple, on May 2, 2006. Receiving generally positive reviews, the album has sold more than 25,000 copies since its release in the United States. The band continues to tour supporting the record as Santos one day wants to establish the band as a headlining act. Their line-up consists of Jonny Santos (vocals and guitar), Dave Delacruz (guitar) , Robbie Young (bass). Drummer Chris Mora left the band in late December 2007 due to personal reasons and was replaced by former AS BLOOD RUNS BLACK drummer Ryan Halpert. May 18th 2010 saw the release of their 2nd album Ghost Stories with their 1st single being Last One Standing.

The lyrics of Silent Civilian's "Ghost Stories" is a reflection of a person who has lost their way and is now haunted by their own life experiences. This and Rebirth of a Temple are truly under-ratted Metal Records it amazes me how overlooked they are. I remember it was the fall of 05 when I found out about them because I was also a big Spineshank fan as well and wanted to know what Johnny was up too needless to say I found out and was very pleased.

Its been over 7 years since listening to this follow up album of rebirth and it has aged very well. Its a completely different experience from the last I remembered.
This band is underrated by so much. The clash of deathcore and vocals is nothing short of perfect, but with that perfect blast of rage drumming, this is the best band of a long line of core bands.
