Silly Sisters was a British folk duo that combined the vocal talents of Mad… Read Full Bio ↴Silly Sisters was a British folk duo that combined the vocal talents of Maddy Prior (of solo and Steeleye Span fame) and June Tabor (famous for both her solo pieces and works with such folk greats as Martin Simpson, Richard Thompson and Oysterband). Initially recording as Maddy Prior & June Tabor, the duo released the album entitled "Silly Sisters" in 1976 album as their first collaborative effort. The pair later adopted the name Silly Sisters for subsequent projects.

I preferred the other version by these two singers. Unfortunately, it was pulled from YouTube due to copyright infringement. The current version is, nevertheless, finely executed. Wonderful voices.
