I find it so sweet how Sherlock worries about Watson, and how he describes it is heartwarming

Well and if reading or listening like here, to ACDs version... Sherlock is very much human and in fact has a great dry and fun sense of humor and a certain protective element towards women and people in general, he is cold na calculating in a professional way and in the way his brain works. He can be a bit haughty etc but someone of great intelligence is, because they is not through intentional malicious β€

35:10 I love this moment so much. It almost makes me cry every time. It shows how much Watson is important for Holmes, how much he really cares and worries about him. It is so moving, I can't

I listen to a lot of audio books and stories, and I really like how Greg Wagland performs these classics. There's never any doubt which character is speaking, yet Mr. Wagland never strays into exaggerated caricatures in order to differentiate his speakers. I don't know much about the various British dialects, but it's clear that different characters come from different regions, educational backgrounds, and social classes.
I especially appreciate Mr. Wagland's portrayal of female characters. I wince when I hear some male voice actors try to sound like their idea of a woman's voice - prissy, or shrill, or just downright stupid. Mr. Wagland manages to convey a feminine tone without sounding like a Monty Python player in drag.
Thanks so much for the stories - I look forward to more!

sierraseven When Greg used to perform on the drag circuit he did pretty good! Those were the days.

I prefer the silly walk myself.

Sierraseven Gregg Waglands vocal repertoire is awesome. I can confirm that his British regional accents are as good as it gets.
He says ' I just read 'em '. We know he does much more than that don't we !
