The music ❤ My beautiful best friend, partner, housemate and carer = Auscore, passed away in our home 2 days ago - the 19th December 2021 at age 30. He kept telling me that he didn't think he was going to make it to age 30. He made it to 30 + 2 months. Sam (Auscore) was so smart, so helpful, so funny & so very talented. He had a heart of absolute gold too. I will miss you all the days of my life grasshopper. Rest In Peace Sammy, until we meet again 🙏 💖 Angels, please hold his fragile heart & soul in your arms forever - until I reach heaven to be with him. I love you Sam

Yes, he was young...too young! 😥 6 months on and I'm still absolutely devastated & I still cry every single day for the huge loss & void that Sam has left myself, my family, his family and so many other people too.
Sam's family were his 'next of kin' - so I/we'll probably never know the exact cause of his passing. He passed away on my bed on his own in our home on the Sunday afternoon/evening. Sam complained a few times to mum & myself over the years about chest pain etc - and he even went to the hospital a couple of times. We think he was born with a fault in his heart (ie a weakened heart wall?) that nobody knew about and nobody picked up on. I think because he was under 30 years of age, the hospital just did an ecg (ie just a 'surface' check of his heart) at those times ^ and sent him home without investigating the situation thoroughly 😞
