Ik ben een Snollebolleke!
In 1985 won Gerrie Knetemann de Amstel Gold Race, Paus Johannes Paulus II bezocht Nederland en…..
Snollebollekes werd geboren onder de rook van Oirschot.
Op zijn 1e verjaardag won hij de “Baby van het jaar verkiezing” van Brabant.
Al van kinds af aan was duidelijk dat hij geboren was om de showbizz in te gaan, zo won hij als peuter menig playbackshow met zijn wervelende Andre van Duin imitaties.
Tevens won hij in 1991 een speurtocht op Camping de Paal en werd hij 4e bij een vliegerwedstrijd in Boekel.
Na zijn puberteit ging hij Frietologie studeren op de universiteit van Leuven, hij ronde deze studie echter niet af.
Zijn poging om zwerver te worden in Parijs mislukte jammerlijk omdat hem door zijn sympathieke uitstraling steeds een overnachting werd aangeboden..
Na diverse overwinningen bij Mister Universe (2001 t/m 2007) werd het tijd voor een echte baan.
Terug in Nederland streek hij neer in Hilversum om voor de omroep BNN diverse programma’s te gaan maken.
Een oplettende platenbaas in het zuiden des lands merkte dit talent snel op en haalde hem terug naar het Brabantse land waar een ontmoeting met Jurjen Gofers en Dj Maurice volgde.
Met hun gezamenlijk gevoel voor humor, onzin, entertainment, muziek en hun passie voor carnaval en feestmuziek werd de act Snollebollekes geboren.
Hun eerste hit “Vrouwkes” (welke ondertussen meer dan 2 miljoen keer bekeken is op Youtube) werd in 2013 verkozen tot “Partyhit of the Year”
Hierna besloot Berk Music de mannen een megacontract aan te bieden waar Justin Timberlake en Lady Gaga jaloers op zouden zijn en ontstond de opvolger “Snollebollekes” (schudden met da kontje) die wederom insloeg als een Bom. Dit was de Carnavalskraker van 2014 en is ook al zo’n 1 miljoen keer bekeken op internet.
In veel hitlijsten stonden deze liedjes bovenaan en zelfs in België werd deze plaat veel gedraaid op landelijke radiostations.
Het is tijd voor een hittegolf en Snollebollekes maken het deze zomer nog een paar graden warmer!
Dit zomerseizoen staan er weer veel mooie optredens in de agenda dus zijn we klaar om alle strandtentjes in Nederland af te breken!
Ook staan er veel festivals, zomerfeesten, kermissen, campings en feesttenten op het programma en komt er weer een zinderende zomertour aan langs o.a. Portugal, Salou, Gran Canaria en Lloret de Mar.
Hier hoort dus een heerlijke zomerse single bij en dit jaar is het iets anders dan jullie van Snollebollekes gewend zijn!
Dit keer dus geen polonaise maar een lekker nummer waarbij de vrouwkes kunnen schudden met da kontje!
“Lekker likkie” is (natuurlijk) een heel net liedje over de grootste zomerse verleiding, namelijk: IJSJES !
Er zit een oud bekend dansje bij en de videoclip is weer hilarisch.
Dat zal ook wel moeten want onze andere singles zijn tussen de 1 en 5 miljoen keer bekeken op youtube
Kers op de taart was de uitreiking van de BumaNL award voor beste single van het jaar voor "Vrouwkes".
Deze prijs ontvingen we van de prachtige Antje Monteiro aan de Parade in Den Bosch.........ooooeeeh lekker.
Oftewel met Snollebollekes bent u verzekerd van Feest met een hoofdletter “V”.

Carnaval 2016 vieren we met Feestmutsen. Het creatief gestoorde team van Snollebollekes heeft een plaat gemaakt waarmee het feestseizoen weer volledig op z’n kop gaat. Om ervoor te zorgen dat elke tent genoeg Feestmutsen heeft deelt Snollebollekes ze persoonlijk uit bij zijn optredens. Let maar op: je ziet straks overal Feestmutsen!
