This cover is dedicated to my dear friend Jeppe Jeppinen, who recommended this WONDERFUL unreleased track made by the master Harold Faltermeyer, for the movie "Fletch" with the great comedian Chevy Chase. In addition, I also dedicate it to all those who have asked me for the theme of this movie (which I will make in the future).

The original track ends with an fade-out, but I preferred to create a "Faltermeyer" style ending, thinking about how Harold himself could have finished it.

Magnificent! The Fletch soundtrack is SO underrated. It may be less well known that Faltermeyer's Beverly Hills Cop opus, but in my opinion, not only is Fletch's soundtrack better, but it's also one of the best movie soundtracks ever made. The Fletch movie itself was a lot of fun, but it has always been eclipsed by it's own masterpiece OST. I really hope you make covers of the released pieces from the Fletch OST.

The entire soundtrack to Fletch is one of the reasons the movie is so memorable. That and Chevy is in top form. But Harold knocked it out of the park here. I think this soundtrack is better than Beverly Hills Cop.

I now have this video on repeat. I love the movie Fletch & its fine score. Which in my opinion is long over due for an extended official release. Harold Faltermeyer is truly a synth magician. I've never heard of this movie before, but I recognize aspects of the tune. Turns out that a rendition of the Fletch theme, produced as an Amiga tracker module, was incorporated into one or two computer games I played ages ago.
I'm glad to have learned something about this composition's origins.

OOoooo! Well done. Many of Harold’s scores get put on you tube, but Fletch always gets left out. This is one of the best bits, along with the bit where Fletch drives to and then breaks into the real estate office in Utah, except on the actual movie soundtrack there’s a damn dog barking through most of it. I would like to add what also makes your videos great is the professional graphic content you put into it. This example with the titles that jump ever so slightly like 35mm film running through the projector or optical printer gate is amazing. How do you replicate that?

Another great unreleased track is from the Beverly Hills Cop soundtrack, called "The Discovery". It's the scene where Axel Foley and Jenny are back in the warehouse and he finds the cocaine underneath the coffee grounds, right before Victor Maitland's thugs catch them trespassing. Awesome! Funny ass movie too. Hey Kos you should try for Fatal Beauty (1987) underrated movie, it has great synth but I don't think they ever released a score soundtrack of it, the only soundtrack they have is the licensed music.

I bet it would be difficult to recreate the music from Fatal Beauty, but if done I believe you would be the only one to do it, I mean you Nailed this unreleased track from Fletch 👍 I need to rewatch that movie, it's been years since nice seen it lol be safe out there Kos 👍

Also I'm pretty sure you have a huge list of songs to recreate, so take your time, have fun doing it because regardless what you upload, all of us will enjoy it 👍😁

Even my friend Jeppe who recommended me this track, he recommended me some of Fatal Beauty and True Lies because they have never been released and it's a real shame!!!
