In 2005, he released a solo album that involved collaborating with Lilac Time member and original Duran Duran singer Stephen "Tintin" Duffy under that name. In 2008, he also notably performed a concert of cover songs with "The Art of Time Ensemble" in Toronto. A studio album featuring the songs performed live with the ensemble came out in 2010. As well, Page wrote music for the Stratford Shakespeare Festival in the summer of 2009. Page has perhaps gotten the most attention under his own name for his solo album 'Page One', a 2010 release that earned acclaim from several music critics.
In 2012, he released an EP called A Different Sort of Solitude. In 2016, he released his first full length studio album since 2010, Heal Thyself, Part I: Instinct. He followed it in 2018 with a sequel-of-sorts, Discipline: Heal Thyself, Pt II. In 2020, during the coronavirus pandemic, he released a single called Isolation, and has been doing weekly "Live From Home" concerts streaming from his basement.
Entourage

You've got that thing I can't ignore
It's on the surface.
I know it's shallow and it's vain
But I love it just the same;
It gives me purpose.
Let me love you unconsciously
While you're on your way there
And your entourage
Tonight.
London, Paris and Milan
You're just waiting for a man
To be exotic.
You're a baby, you're a punk
I only love you when I'm drunk;
I'm alcoholic.
You've got a Tiffany key ring;
You've got no keys, no home.
I want to live with you
And your entourage
All right.
You're famous, they're famous
We stand in rooms
Where nothing can be said
And nothing can be heard.
You were famous for your fame
And now you're drowning in champagne.
Hey, how you doing?
Did you take her to your club?
Did you claim to be in love
While you were screwing?
Now we're through with morality,
Can I sleep with your wife?
I want to be like you
And your entourage
Tonight.
I want to be like you
And your entourage
All right.
The song Entourage by Steven Page is a satirical take on the shallow and vain world of celebrity culture. The singer admits to being sucked into this world and wanting to be a part of it, even if it’s shallow and meaningless. The lyrics branch out into themes of alcoholism, materialism, and the shallowness of fame. The singer talks about wanting to be with someone solely for their fame and to be a part of their entourage, even if there’s no real connection or feeling beyond that.
The song touches on various aspects of fame and the celebrity culture. It talks about how people are just waiting for a man or woman to come along and sweep them off their feet and take them to exotic places like London, Paris, and Milan. People in the limelight are portrayed as being shallow and chasing after trends and materialistic possessions. The singer also talks about the emptiness of it all, how people are famous for being famous and how they drown their sorrows in champagne.
Overall, the song Entourage is a commentary on the illusion of fame and how people are willing to forget their morals to be a part of it. The lyrics are sharp and sarcastic, but also have an underlying sadness to them as they hint at the emptiness that comes with chasing after something so shallow and meaningless.
